Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Counseling/Educational Psychology from any recognized University with CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide regular mental health support (individual and group) face to face and/or though hotline ensuring standard ethical guidance.
∎ Psychosocial support to other program at different emergency issues, i.e. abuse, complain, disaster, special need etc.
∎ Supports management of evaluations as required, sharing findings and recommendations across the organization to promote improved mental health awareness.
∎ Organize and facilitate different training and workshop on psychosocial issues to enhance mental wellbeing.
∎ Develop IEC/BCC materials on psychosocial counseling support and self-care.
∎ Lead in the collaboration with other programs ensuring mentally healthy workplace.
∎ Frequent field visit regarding psychosocial support and programs
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role is required.
∎ Knowledge about Psychosocial counseling and workplace issues
∎ Active listening, Empathetic understanding, Building good rapport with clients.
∎ Individual Counseling and workshop facilitation.
