∎ Safeguarding and PSEA:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding and PSEA implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and develop gender and age sensitive materials and session plans for structured PSS
∎ Plan and implement PSS activities for children and adolescents.
∎ Plan and implement positive parenting sessions for parents and caregivers
∎ Organize and support community-based groups through participative approach to promote community-based protection, building their capacity and supporting them to develop community-led initiatives.
∎ Conduct awareness session activities of children, adolescents and caregivers
∎ Maintain and strengthen the relations with community groups, government services related to child protection
∎ Provide training and capacity building to Rohingya volunteers on child protection, child development, PSS, PFA, communication with children, dealing with caregivers, child safeguarding and provide guidance in conducting children’s activities.
∎ Supervise Rohingya volunteers daily activities
∎ Work on an emergency basis when necessary
∎ Any other task relevant to the position
