Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support and delegate responsibilities to project/ program support.
∎ Compile reports and Share updated report on weekly and monthly.
∎ Ensure field visit in regular basis
∎ Activity/Task plans based on project requirement.
∎ Training and meeting organize within the team members.
∎ Overall management of project team activities at host community and camp.
∎ Collect protection related data, data validation and monitor the quality and completeness of data sets; coordinate data collection at project sites to monitor program development and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data; capture and document lessons learned; and champion the scaling up best practices.
∎ Generate monthly indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed
∎ Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
∎ Ensure proper data management and reporting from host community and camp level.
∎ Coordinate with protection focal of partner at camp level
∎ Contribute in developing and reporting of project reviews, assessments, surveys, and other analytic or evaluation processes and products
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge about protection.
∎ Knowledge of Planning and implementation.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Ability to use computers and have knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Ability to adapt to changes and work in tense situation
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to budget handling will added value.
