Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop process and systems to ensure products quality.
∎ Work with the production team and provide the guidance to ensure production quality.
∎ Ensure products quality checking by process quality control.
∎ Identify the alteration and rejection, analyzes root cause and take corrective actions for rectification.
∎ Establish strong quality control team through on the job training by following quality SOP, tools and techniques.
∎ Record maintaining and provide the quality control report to the supervisor.
∎ Provide strong leadership to the staffs, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations.
∎ Coordination with Order Processing & Delivery (OPD) department for effectively product delivery to Aarong.
∎ Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
∎ Confirm receiving the quality raw materials and its’ proper utilization as per job order before starting production.
∎ Ensure products quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process.
∎ Maintain products delivery and received records in the register books as well as ERP software.
∎ Monitoring ‘Daily Production Report’ and communicate with the management.
∎ Proper utilization of resources and solving problem regarding issues.
∎ Ensuring the proper communication with the concern department of HO to solve any problematic issue timely.
∎ Keep healthy working environment, safety, security and maintenance of the working area.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Maintain any other job as assigned by Management.
∎ Ensure production as per planning by maintaining products quality and minimize the alteration & rejection rate by process controlling and system development. Also ensure quality & smooth production operation of the section/sub-center by proper supervision, monitoring and artisan development.
