Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Computer Science/ Management Information System or any other relevant subject from any reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist and support the co-ordination and delivery of the work of the MIS Team.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems and procedures for the collection of data and maintenance, maintain integrity and accuracy of data.
∎ Ensure regular and consistent updating of programme beneficiary and assistance delivery via appropriate reporting software/platform.
∎ Generate summary statistics, and rapid and initial analysis and findings from Programme databases, M&E data sets and/or other sources of data to support data requests from Programmes and Grants teams.
∎ Verify beneficiary reporting figures for quarterly and final donor reports, ensuring that reported figures best match with sources of information.
∎ Carry out quality checks on Programme and MEAL-related databases (including beneficiary databases, delivery of assistance databases, complaints trackers and reporting figures) of GFD and E-voucher Programme of HCMP.
∎ Record findings of discrepancies or issues in a data quality log, and coordinate with relevant teams to identify and carry out appropriate plan of action/ follow-up.
∎ Attend different meetings on data related discussion and communicated with WFP on database information updating.
∎ Provide necessary training to Assistant Project Officer and Assistant Project Officer – Help Desk and related staff for capacity building.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Experience with IT, particularly database design and management.
∎ Working knowledge of relational databases.
∎ Excellent knowledge of computer applications including, Microsoft Excel, Access and SPSS.
∎ Familiarity with digital data gathering platforms and software.
∎ Have excellent reporting skill.
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications, Advanced Excel.
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bengali.
