Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports both for BRAC’s internal reporting and donor reporting.
∎ Participate in coordination meetings and any other meetings, take notes and produce meeting minutes and disseminate information.
∎ Ensure service mapping update and any other rapid assessments as may be required
∎ Ensure monitoring and evaluation system development to include indicators, tools, methods of data collection and analysis.
∎ Select and train volunteer (enumerators) for data collection
∎ Visit field to gather information, analysis data and to prepare report
∎ Develop an information management system including identifying existing gaps, ways and tools of information gathering, data entry, storage and data analysis techniques
∎ Lead volunteers during data collection including for surveys, needs assessments, service mapping and any other necessary research processes
∎ Facilitate the development of an accountability action plan for programme /project on the given template and keep track of the progress.
∎ Ensure high standard of accountability by setting up community feedback mechanisms and coordinate with the program management on effective use of information and relevant action wherever required
∎ Coordinate with program teams in sharing results of assessments, baselines, reviews and evaluations with beneficiary community and other stakeholders in appropriate format at regular intervals and document the whole process
∎ Establish and maintain a system for organizational learning (i.e. develop and maintain a learning log and ensure learning points are embedded at policy and practice levels)
∎ Gather and disseminate stories, case studies, photos, and quotes as evidences for change in project/programme
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on coordination, monitoring, data analysis, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
