Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics Management, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the supply plan as per need and ensure delivery to designated locations as planned.
∎ Prepare way bill/ delivery note for transportation of materials.
∎ Work closely with the Assistant Project Officer -Finance & Admin for the casual laborers' payment.
∎ Communicate with the local transport vendors for the availability of the vehicles needed to transfer the materials from WFP warehouse to project field warehouse.
∎ Manage the loading and unloading of the materials from the pickup point and the distribution point.
∎ Make procurement plan discussing with Project Manager according to DIP.
∎ Contribute selection process of vendor along with Project Manager and Procurement Team for any procurement.
∎ Maintain and prepare proper documentation for procurement for ensuring transparency.
∎ Compile and ensure proper record of stock reports, consumption reports from Project Officer - MIS & Reporting and submit to Nutrition Officer/ Deputy Project Manager.
∎ Prepare reports for the total distribution in specific weekly, monthly as per need and receive or return according to the requirement.
∎ Manage the stock for the stores/ warehouses under the project.
∎ Ensure the warehouse is following standard for food items and nonfood items.
∎ Take effective initiative for pest control, fumigation and cleanliness of warehouse with consultation of Deputy Project Manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.
