Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Senior Officer in designing, creating, and maintaining beneficiary and project-related databases, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
∎ Support in developing interactive dashboards for beneficiary tracking, project progress monitoring, and cash distribution.
∎ Update and manage the Master Beneficiary Database, assisting in categorizing eligible and ineligible beneficiaries to support systematic processes.
∎ Collaborate with the Senior Officer to prepare monthly Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) distribution plans and support FSP for cash distribution
∎ Assist in drafting the Project Implementation Plan in alignment with approved budgets (BOQ and FLA) and project deliverables.
∎ Support the Senior Officer in managing the targeted beneficiary list and maintaining monthly caseloads as per FLA guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with field teams to facilitate the preparation of distribution plans, beneficiary tokens, and master rolls for timely and accurate cash disbursement.
∎ Conduct regular checks of the Digital Attendance System under the guidance of the Senior Officer to ensure data accuracy.
∎ Communicate with field teams to address discrepancies, provide training on proper system usage, and ensure smooth attendance tracking.
∎ Assist in compiling, analysing, and preparing weekly and monthly reports for submission to donors, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
∎ Support in maintaining a proper filing system for all reports and documentation.
∎ Work with the Senior Officer to ensure all databases, tracking systems, and reports meet organizational and donor compliance standards.
∎ Contribute to enhancing data accuracy and reporting efficiency by implementing feedback and quality assurance measures.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
