Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall project data analysis and data management
∎ Preparing Payment Advice File (PAF) for distributing cash under cash for work activities
∎ Responsible for collecting and compiling project data to prepare weekly and monthly progress report
∎ Ensure regular and consistent updating of producers and assistance delivery via appropriate reporting software/platform
∎ Generate summary statistics, and rapid and initial analysis and findings from Project databases, M&E data and other sources of data to support data requests from Project
∎ Carry out quality checks on Programme and MEAL-related databases
∎ Record findings of discrepancies or issues in a data quality log, and coordinate with relevant teams to identify and carry out appropriate plan of action/follow-up
∎ Support to Keep track the report of PRs submitted and maintain an expenditure tracking as per budget
∎ Be responsible for identification, measurement, accumulation, analysis, preparation and communication regarding data as used by management to plan, evaluate and control the project
∎ Monitor project activities, procurement status and generate reports on gap findings
∎ Preserve the accumulated data to ensure the data analysis to prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly MIS reports on nutrition project for both the internal management and external stakeholders
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be responsible for overall data management to get clear picture of progress of the project, quantifiable status for smooth running of the project. This position will also provide reports on knowledge management to improve activity quality of the project.
