Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a monthly action plan to ensure effective program execution.
∎ Conduct random household visits and follow-ups within the designated working area.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ensure quality service delivery.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of all CHW-related activities.
∎ Organize and facilitate community-level meetings, including sessions with Majhis, religious leaders, and local representatives.
∎ Conduct targeted sessions for parents of children under five, adolescent groups, and husbands (covering ANC, PNC, maternal health, and adolescent male sessions).
∎ Participate in various sectoral meetings and awareness sessions, sharing program-related discussions and messages (e.g., CIC Monthly Sector Meeting, Camp Coordination Meeting, WASH, Child Protection, Agriculture, SDP, Education, Shelter, GBV, Legal Protection, FSL Sector).
∎ Ensure the timely provision of supplies and logistics for health centers.
∎ Provide training and on-the-job coaching to CHWs to enhance their skills and efficiency.
∎ Ensure adolescent TT vaccination (for girls aged 10–18 years).
∎ Monitor and ensure the provision of services for SAM/MAM children.
∎ Ensure TT vaccination for pregnant mothers.
∎ Facilitate child vaccination and other immunization programs.
∎ Organize COVID-19 awareness campaigns within the community.
∎ Support and participate in emergency health responses and other health-related campaigns.
∎ Ensure that program activities meet targeted performance standards with high quality.
∎ Maintain effective coordination with local camp administration for smooth program execution.
∎ Properly maintain all documents, records, and registers related to program activities.
∎ Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports on all activities.
∎ Be prepared to respond to any emergency situations as needed.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
