Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar discipline
∎ PMP, Prince2 or similar certifications is mandatory
∎ At least 5 years' experience in managing projects for external customers.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agile methodology, Customer Support, Documentation, IT System Management, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the primary contact for the customer on technical and general project matters until the deliverable is formally accepted
∎ Negotiate and agree customer technical requirements and delivery milestones pre-commencement and where necessary throughout the duration of the project
∎ Define detailed technical solutions, and provide formal presentations on same to external and internal teams
∎ Define Statements/Scope of Work, Project Plans and Delivery Budgets for approval (internal/customer)
∎ Contribute to the production of HLDs (or equivalent) for development and test teams
∎ Review and approve LLDs (or equivalent) produced by technical leads, and any other relevant technical documents
∎ Review test specifications for all internal and customer test phases
∎ Create both development and overall resource and work plans as per budget and schedule constraints
∎ In conjunction with the Heads of Custom Development, Test and Deployment proactively manage the end-to-end delivery
∎ Provide internal and customer status reports as agreed
∎ Deliver software and associated professional services within budget, on time and to the customer's satisfaction
∎ Engage and manage all 3rd parties' vendors according to requirements and agreements
∎ Regularly attend customer meetings with key sales or, when necessary, technical subject matter experts
∎ Sound technical background & good communication skills and very strong documentation skills to prepare proposals, e.g. Proposal preparation, extracting contents from RFP, Coordination with different teams, preparing presentations, case studies, client coordination for follow up on queries, appointments, Opportunity logging, tracking in portal, driving solution and UX design to meet customer requirement, finalizing test strategy and conducting E2E test cases before & with customer UAT etc.
∎ Identify, manage, and bring to resolution all project risks/ issues. Escalate major project risks to scope, budget, or timeline to appropriate escalation points in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years

∎ The candidate must have proven knowledge in Project implementation & Telecommunication/IT Services Maintenance activities
∎ Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
∎ Experience in product life cycle management
∎ Very Strong Technical Documentation and Technical Analysis skills
∎ Demonstrable experience of face-to-face working with diverse customers
∎ Ability to estimate, schedule and define budgets for projects
∎ Have ability to identify and manage risks and issues/critical path for all phases of delivery
∎ Willing to travel regularly to customer sites
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Have strong negotiating skills
∎ Effective organizational, time management and planning skills
∎ Familiarity with Agile framework
∎ Organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Problem-solving
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
