Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a unified strategy that integrates GBV, CBP, and Legal Services into a cohesive program, addressing the intersecting needs of vulnerable populations
∎ Establish clear goals and milestones for each sub-sector, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and donor requirements
∎ Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of annual work plans and budgets for all three sub-sectors
∎ Promote cross-sectoral collaboration to optimize resource utilization and service delivery while avoiding duplication of efforts
∎ Continuously refine strategies based on monitoring and evaluation insights, community feedback, and evolving humanitarian contexts.
∎ Drive the design of innovative, contextually appropriate interventions that effectively address challenges in GBV, CBP, and Legal Services
∎ Identify key gaps and opportunities for programmatic growth and ensure inclusivity for marginalized and underserved populations
∎ Lead proposal development and fundraising efforts to secure financial and technical resources for program sustainability

∎ Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to inform evidence-based decision-making and program adjustments
∎ Conduct regular field visits, assessments, and reviews to ensure accountability, identify gaps, and document best practices
∎ Collaborate with the M&E team to develop user-friendly tools and methodologies for tracking progress and impact
∎ Ensure timely preparation of donor and internal reports, incorporating quantitative and qualitative findings to demonstrate program achievements
∎ Facilitate learning by organizing reflection workshops and sharing lessons learned across teams to strengthen future programming
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The Project Manager will oversee the strategic direction, coordination, and management of three interconnected sub-sectors: Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Community-Based Protection (CBP), and Legal. This role ensures the effective integration and alignment of these areas to provide comprehensive protection services. The manager will focus on addressing community needs, promoting resilience, and ensuring access to justice and safety through well-coordinated and rights-based programming.
