Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and complete all activities, including field operations, in accordance with OKUP and partners' guidelines and policies.
∎ Plan and ensure the implementation of project activities (spouse group orientations, outreach campaigns, door to door campaigns, courtyard meetings, life-skills training, various exchange meetings upazila and national level) within the stipulated timeline.
∎ Ensure the incorporation of Social Safety Net programs into project activities.
∎ Monitor, guide, and regularly follow up with project staff, incorporating their suggestions and feedback for smooth project implementation.
∎ Prepare relevant modules and reports on project activities.
∎ Compile data for progress reports and provide ready access to all experimental data for Program Coordinator/Director.
∎ Ensure monthly and other periodic report to Program Coordinator/Director.
∎ Develop research protocols, data collection procedures, and documentation standards.
∎ Support the development of interview questionnaires, contact potential stakeholders, and arrange interviews in accordance with predetermined interview protocols.
∎ Travel to field areas to collect and record data and/or samples as appropriate to the specific objectives of the study.
∎ Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy; follow up with research participants to resolve problems or clarify data collected.
∎ Advocacy at policy levels with a focus on social safety nets, labor migration and climate change issues
∎ Represent OKUP at meetings, seminars, and when required by management.
∎ Advocate at policy levels with government structures and key stakeholders at national and district levels.
∎ Attend project meetings and seminars and respond to emails related to project activities.
∎ Write articles and reports, prepare presentations, and contribute to publications.
∎ Assist with the preparation of audiovisual materials and website content.
∎ Financial and Logistical Management:
∎ Ensure 100% standards in financial and logistical management to meet accountability and transparency.
∎ Represent OKUP when and where necessary,
∎ Any other activity required and directed by the management if necessary
