Responsibilities & Context:

Project Objectives: To recruit a staff who must have considerable skills and competencies to communicate with US based clients and students effectively in English and willing to work in nightshift in Bangladesh. Work under the supervision and guidance of Virtual Project Manager and perform job as assigned by the management and team leader.

Responsibilities & Context Background and job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible to interact with U.S.-based clients and students, ensure a smooth and engaging communication experience, handle backend operations to support virtual service delivery, Core Communication, Interpersonal & Soft Skills, Technical & Professional Skills, Persuasive communicator, resilient under pressure, and skilled in using tools.

The project will deal with the following duties and responsibilities:

 

Project Management & Leadership

  • Work under the direct supervision of the Bangladesh Representative, DoPeace, and the guidance of the President, DoPeace & PITC, USA.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-border teams (HR Manager, Accounts Manager, and Virtual Assistant) to achieve organizational goals.

  • Prepare and oversee monthly work plans, ensuring team members align with priorities and deadlines.

  • Manage multiple teams simultaneously, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide timely support.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of staff to ensure quality deliverables.

  • Take ownership of project complexities and provide effective, practical solutions.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to take on additional responsibilities as required.

Planning, Monitoring & Reporting

  • Develop project strategies, timelines, and implementation frameworks for smooth execution.

  • Track team performance, identify gaps, and ensure accountability in task completion.

  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports, project updates, and documentation.

Financial & Asset Management

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial plans and budgets according to project needs.

  • Monitor expenditures, review financial reports, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

  • Oversee procurement and management of office assets, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.

Compliance & Governance

  • Support organizational compliance processes, ensuring policies and donor requirements are met.

  • Implement instructions from the President and BD Representative with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Contribute to strengthening internal systems, governance, and reporting standards.

  • Ensure all procurement activities follow organizational policies.

  • Oversee vendor selection, bidding, and contract management processes to guarantee fairness, transparency, and value for money.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities for audit and reporting purposes.

  • Maintain transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain effective communication across DoPeace India, DoPeace Bangladesh, and PITC USA offices.

  • Foster collaboration and resolve interdepartmental conflicts to ensure smooth operations.

  • Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements and maintain professional relationships.

Tools & Technology

  • Use modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, MS Office Suite, cloud-based platforms) for daily tracking, reporting, and coordination.

  • Utilize PITC’s web platforms (Campus Tech, Moodleroom, and Campus IV) for project execution, student management, and reporting.

  • Ensure team members are effectively trained and engaged in using project management and organizational software.

Other Duties

  • Manage and monitor PITC School Management Software modules, including Admission, Remapping, Accounts Management, Student Ledger, Financial Aid, and other assigned components.

  • Coordinate with development teams, and stakeholders to ensure module accuracy and functionality.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure on-time completion.

  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
