Knowledge of microfinance processes, client lifecycle, and operational challenges at scale.

Knowledge of SLA/KPI frameworks, vendor management structures, and governance models.

Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies, dependency management, and performance monitoring techniques.

Strong ability to align business, technical, and external teams for seamless delivery.

Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify risks, and implement practical solutions.

Excellent stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and workshop facilitation skills.

Builds strong relationships and influences diverse stakeholders without direct authority.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors in CSE/ IT/ MIS or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 05 years of experience in software development, product management, or delivery management in ICT/technology sector

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing and delivering end‑to‑end project and product initiatives within the Microfinance Programme, ensuring timely, high‑impact outcomes aligned with business priorities. It drives strong cross‑functional collaboration across business, engineering, vendors, and support teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions for millions of clients. The role acts as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment. It also ensures optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement in operational efficiency, sustainability, and client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle including planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery.

  • Oversee solution design and development to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and integration standards.

  • Define and manage product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization based on business value, impact, and urgency.

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (business, development, QA, vendors, operations) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of product releases, enhancements, and change requests.

  • Monitor and manage product performance, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the delivery cycle.

  • Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile practices, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure business alignment.

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.

  • Manage vendor deliverables, performance, and coordination to ensure quality outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with SLA, KPI, and governance standards across product delivery and support.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
