Baseline Survey Consultant
National Council of Churches in Bangladesh (NCCB) invites qualified individual consultants and consulting firms to submit proposals for conducting a Baseline Survey for the project:
"Promoting Strengthening Organized Mobilization for Peace, Resilience, and Inclusive Transformation through Youth Engagement (SOMPRITY)"
The baseline survey will establish benchmark data on socio-economic conditions, interfaith relations, social cohesion, governance dynamics, and project indicators in the target areas of Satkhira and Khulna. The study will apply both quantitative and qualitative research methods and generate evidence to support project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested consultants/firms are requested to submit the following:
1. Application Package

Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the consultant/team members
Recent Photograph
Copies of Educational Certificates
Experience Certificates
VAT/BIN Certificate (if applicable)
Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt
National ID (NID)
2. Technical Proposal
A detailed technical proposal outlining the methodology, work plan, team composition, and timeline.
The technical proposal must not exceed three (3) pages.
3. Financial Proposal
A detailed financial proposal including all professional fees, field expenses, logistics, and all applicable VAT and Tax.
4. References
Contact details of two (2) professional referees.
