Strong knowledge of business analysis, SDLC, requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, and change management.

Proven experience in preparing BRD/SRS, analyzing business processes, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of microfinance operations and enterprise applications will be an added advantage.

Results-oriented with strong collaboration, attention to detail, accountability, and adaptability.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in CSE/ IT/ MIS or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 03 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Requirement Management, or Project Coordination

Job Purpose

The Deputy Manager, Project Management is responsible for driving measurable project outcomes for the Microfinance Programme through effective business analysis, strong stakeholder alignment, and high‑quality requirement documentation. The role ensures clear translation of business needs into actionable solutions through close coordination with technology teams, contributing to timely delivery, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced service quality for microfinance clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Prepare, review, and finalize Business Requirements Documents (BRD).

  • Coordinate with Technical Business Analysts and development teams to ensure accurate preparation of Software Requirements Specification (SRS).

  • Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with business needs, processes, and operational goals.

  • Manage stakeholder communication and obtain necessary approvals for requirements and solutions.

  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Development, QA, and Vendors.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussion sessions.

  • Provide clear use cases, process flows, and documentation to support development and QA teams.

  • Support change request management and maintain updated documentation.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business validation and sign-off.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
