Experience:
Bachelor’s in Social Science/ Economics/ Management/ Marketing/ Public Administration/ Political Science/ Business Administration or any other relevant subject from any UGC approved reputed university or institute.
Knowledge:
Knowledge in Budget, FD7, FD6 etc.
Knowledge and experience of dealing with RRRC, CiC, UNO and other Government Officials.
Knowledge of public relations.
Skill:
Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
Have excellent typing skill both in Bengali and English.
Competencies:
Pro-actively seeking new ways of improving relationship with stakeholders.
Have ability to overcome obstacles in internal and external relationship building.
Have ability to visit field offices, CiC offices, UNO offices and other Govt. Officials frequently and as required from Programme needs.

This position will execute school operation and supervise the program organizers. This position will identify the operational risk factors proactively. This position will be the assist Project Manager to ensure the overall administrative management of the Programme and Coordinate with relevant authorities/donors in terms of administrative & logistics issues as per Project needs.
Execute school operating plan and oversee logistics of centers and overall management.
Guide and supervise the Programme Organizers.
Liaison with local community and stakeholders to represent BRAC appropriately.
Sign and adhere to code of conduct.
Ensure proper use of teaching learning materials in classroom and maintain stock position accordingly.
Identify the operational risk factors of the programme proactively and address those issues properly.
Coordination with CiC. Camp Focal, government personnel
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
