Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the NGO/Development Sector.
  • Experience in project implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Experience working with donor-funded projects will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong coordination and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of project cycle management and community-based development approaches.
  • Strong report writing skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project locations.

Job Context

AMAN is a national non-government development organization committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities through various development initiatives. We are seeking a qualified, energetic, and committed Project Coordinator to coordinate and supervise project implementation, ensure quality delivery of activities, and support project monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement project activities according to approved work plans and timelines.
  • Support the Project Manager/Program Manager in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Supervise and guide field staff to ensure quality project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and track achievement of targets and indicators.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and donor-required narrative reports.
  • Maintain effective coordination with local authorities, community representatives, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, training sessions, workshops, awareness campaigns, and community events.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and provide technical support.
  • Ensure proper documentation, data collection, and record management of project activities.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Administration, and Procurement teams to support project operations.
  • Assist in assessments, surveys, evaluations, and learning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, safeguarding standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Identify implementation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
