- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the NGO/Development Sector.
- Experience in project implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience working with donor-funded projects will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Good understanding of project cycle management and community-based development approaches.
- Strong report writing skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project locations.

Job Context
AMAN is a national non-government development organization committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities through various development initiatives. We are seeking a qualified, energetic, and committed Project Coordinator to coordinate and supervise project implementation, ensure quality delivery of activities, and support project monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement project activities according to approved work plans and timelines.
- Support the Project Manager/Program Manager in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Supervise and guide field staff to ensure quality project implementation.
- Monitor project progress and track achievement of targets and indicators.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and donor-required narrative reports.
- Maintain effective coordination with local authorities, community representatives, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, training sessions, workshops, awareness campaigns, and community events.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and provide technical support.
- Ensure proper documentation, data collection, and record management of project activities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Administration, and Procurement teams to support project operations.
- Assist in assessments, surveys, evaluations, and learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, safeguarding standards, and relevant regulations.
- Identify implementation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
