Experience:
Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline, professional degree in the relevant field will be an additional advantage.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in web development, social media management, and digital advertising.
The employee needs to be familiar with Clear and confident in English speaking.
Active listening, Lead qualification, Closing techniques, Customer service orientation, Resilience, Confidence, Adaptability, Time management, CRM tools proficiency, Compliance awareness etc.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop), Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads, Experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google, Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
The employee needs to have Fluency in spoken and written English as he has to communicate with American clients and PITC management.

Project Objectives: To recruit a staff who must have considerable skills and competencies to communicate with US based clients and students effectively in English and willing to work in nightshift in Bangladesh. Work under the supervision and guidance of Project Manager and perform job as assigned by the management and team leader.

The Web Developer & Social Media Expert is responsible for managing the organization’s digital presence through website development, daily social media management, and execution of online advertising campaigns. This role integrates technical web development expertise with digital marketing and advertising skills to ensure a strong, engaging, and results-driven online presence. The position plays a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.

The project will deal with the following duties and responsibilities:
Design, develop, update, and maintain the organization’s website to ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
Regularly update website content, including text, images, announcements, and program information.
Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements.
Ensure website security, perform backups, and manage hosting and domain services.
Optimize website structure and content for search engines (SEO) to improve ranking and traffic.
Plan, create, and publish daily social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Develop engaging posts, captions, visuals, and videos aligned with organizational branding.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and relevance of posts.
Track engagement metrics and continuously improve content strategy.
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize ads to improve conversion rates.
Generate leads through targeted digital marketing strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on advertising performance and recommend improvements.
Develop creative and high-quality digital content that aligns with the organization’s brand identity.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual design across all platforms.
