Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective Project Planning and implementation of the Project.
∎ Coordinate the preparatory activities of the project.
∎ Ensure timely and quality implementation of the project activities, and monitoring track the achievement of overall project objectives.
∎ Attain in the Donor & Need base Meeting.
∎ Prepare IEC and visibility materials and provide support to the Teams for proper uses of the materials.
∎ Take initiative for selection of Project Beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure effective monitoring of the project activities.
∎ Review project related crucial problems which are forwarded by the field staff and take necessary step to resolve them on priority basis.
∎ Identify staff training needs & ensure need based training for respective individuals timely and appropriately.
∎ Provide on the job training, coaching and mentoring to the project staff working in the field office.
∎ Ensure and promote team sprit among the staff members and maintain gender sensitivity.
∎ Conduct team meeting regularly and motivate them to achieve the project activities.
∎ Ensure that local purchase and expenditure are done as per BRAC-HCMP policy.
∎ Effectively coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and effective functions of office management in all respect
∎ Ensure preparation of all periodic reports on implementation progress including financial report.
∎ Coordination with the other NGO.
∎ Liaison with government officials at District and Upazila level related to the project activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
