∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to study project for setting up Spinning Mils in modern aspect.
∎ Knowledge on new technology and modern technic for the purpose of quality product and production efficiency.
∎ Capable for manpower planning of every department for the project.
∎ Well known of all kinds of related machineries and its spare parts.
∎ Strong knowledge on related raw materials and its sources, skills on suppliers negotiation.
∎ Capable for production planning, quality control, budgeting, forecasting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
