Responsibilities & Context:

Ensure smooth operation and people management of the center to achieve the target wise quality production and on time delivery to Other Market Focus on minimizing alter, reject & cost and execute operations-related plans, budgets, policies and procedures. Oversee the HR, Admin, Compliance, Legal, Accounts and Inventory issues of the center as well as keep liaison and good relationship with the local government authority another stakeholders.

  • Plan production schedules, process, human and other resources.

  • Lead the HPC team in planning & overall implementation of activities.

  • Prepare work plan and set objectives of Handicraft Production (HPC) so as to ensure well-defined and smooth functioning of regular and time specific tasks.

  • Organize production, people, raw materials & other resources and solving problem if arises.

  • Direct for quality production as per plan & monitor to meet the delivery and purpose deadline.

  • Minimize the alteration, rejection and cost of production.

  • Ensure raw materials, machineries, equipment’s & all type of logistics support to run the production smoothly and meet the deadline.

  • Execute operations-related plans, budgets, policies & procedures and monitor of controlling financial budget.

  • Oversee the HR, Admin, Compliance, Legal, Accounts and Inventory issues of the center.

  • Keep liaison with HO, supplier, Govt. offices & others stakeholders and maintain good relationship.

  • Keep close coordination with CiCs & RRRC office to implement the project activities in different camps.

  • Lead to prepare and submission of report to BRAC and Donor

  • Ensure proper utilization of donor budget and resources

  • Explore opportunities for fund raising

  • Ensure effective contribution in budget management and tracking, monitoring programme budget as per JRP Budget/ Plan

  • Ensure preparing and analyzing production performance reports and share with the concern authority.

  • Contribute to proposal development and concept note writing.

  • Coach, train and mentor staffs with the aim of strengthening their capacity, exchanging knowledge within the team and providing professional development guidance

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
