Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree of any subject from any reputed public and private University. Candidates with Degree in Supply Chain Management will get preference.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Distribution, Monitoring and Reporting, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage in planning and implementation of program activities through different level of staff.
∎ Capacity building of fellow staff to fit them in position to work smoothly.
∎ Provide technical, management and logistic support to team for smooth food distribution.
∎ Take responsibilities to integrate different unit such as operation, monitoring, rapid response, logistic team and others unit working in same area.
∎ Give proper direction if any sudden problem occurs in food distribution program & how to solve them and keep supportive supervision.
∎ Ensure documentation of daily distribution, transaction, and commodity release and receive by DP.
∎ Check regularly the quality of commodity, environment of DP and surrounding.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment, tolls and asset in DP, Outlet and in Office.
∎ Ensure an update inventory in each month and report to supervisor.
∎ Prepare daily distribution, target & achievement report and monthly CPDR.
∎ Collect logistics commodity report and commodity closing stock from the Project Officers regularly and maintain status for further reporting as daily basis.
∎ Ensure Daily Food Distribution Report.
∎ Ensure proper submission of referral issues, protection issues and others.
∎ Attend in the difference coordination meeting and maintain liaison with WFP team in Field and provide assistance to them as and when require.
∎ Arrange field schedule and accompany visitor and explain the program as BRAC representative.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years working experience in Food distribution or Food security and livelihood program.
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Experience in project cycle management including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.
