∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, EEE
∎ Skills Required: crisis management, Problem solving and decision making, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall management of the project including project planning, implementation, Monitoring as well as Evaluation.
∎ Staff Management, Act as a key person to maintain the internal and external coordination, communications and negotiation among different levels.
∎ Ensure Operational planning and day to day management of regular field activities.
∎ Prepare all types of project reports and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the project in a smooth manner.
∎ Regular site visit, monitoring on field activities and proactive supports to improve quality of team performances
∎ Ensure information availability to the project staffs across multi sector (Health, Climate Action, Education, Inclusive Citizenship)
∎ Organize Events, Meetings, Coordination, Communication, Conduction of project briefing to the stakeholders and make sure regular update accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience as Project Manager for similar projects
∎ Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Problem solution, Crisis management, Strong mobilization and Negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Interpersonal and analytical skills, Innovative, self-motivated and target oriented
Salary: Negotiable
