  • Must have good knowledge about IT.

  • Three Shift, there are: Morning, Evening and Night.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.

  • Managing survey calls and customer service inquiries.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.
