Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT support tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks.
Assist users with IT-related queries and provide training on new systems and software.
Create and maintain user manuals and documentation.
Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the company’s data and systems.
Ensure regular backups of critical data and systems.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies. Coordinate with vendors for the purchase and repair of IT equipment.
