∎ Fluency in English is essential.
∎ An IELTS score of at least 6.5 is required.
∎ PMP certification is mandatory.
∎ Strong understanding of ERP modules, business processes, and workflow automation.
∎ Experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and project execution.
∎ Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
∎ Technical knowledge of Odoo ERP, Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux is a plus.

∎ Plan, execute, and oversee ERP (Odoo) implementation projects for UK-based clients.
∎ Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and clients, to gather and define requirements.
∎ Monitor and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
∎ Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
∎ Lead system integration, data migration, and post-implementation support.
∎ Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance with UK standards.
∎ Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for end-users and team members.
∎ Coordinate closely with the Sysnova Bangladesh team for resource planning and technical support.
