∎ KNOWLEDGE: Development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies, educational sector requirements
∎ SKILLS: Budgeting, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing budgets, project management
∎ COMPETENCIES: Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with donor, project implementation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement the project plan effectively
∎ Guide and supervise field based Technical Officers
∎ Sign and adhere to code of conduct
∎ Capacity building of the components, team members & teachers
∎ Liaison with the Donors, Govt agency and other stakeholders
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be the effective implementer of the project plan and the supervisor of field based technical officers. This position will be the liaison with the donors, govt. agency and other stakeholders
