Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implemented IE structure with advanced IE concepts (Pre-production activities, shop floor IE activities, MIS team, advanced training center, Lean & project team)
∎ Handled automation projects (suggestion to management on usages of automation and ROI
∎ Designed floor layouts with considering capacity required, compliance, storage (fabric warehouse, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing)
∎ Re-Engineered factory's Layouts and Process,( for optimum space utilization & minimum product transportation and smooth production )
∎ Handling New factory setup projects,
∎ Implemented LEAN PRODUCTON SYSTEMS, (Eliminating 7 wastages, 5s, Kanban system, Visual board Management, Value stream Mapping, FTR , QCO, SQDC
∎ Designed and implemented Incentive system,
∎ Gross root performance monitoring management,
