Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Country HR Manager with the recruitment and selection process for various projects, to include posting employment advertisements; assisting with recruitment interview process, coordinate interviews of all prospective candidates; conducting background checks, employment verifications and references on applicants.
∎ Assisting with on-boarding new employees including handling all paperwork, creating new hire files, data entry of employee information into HR database, and conducting orientation for new employees.
∎ Maintaining personnel files in compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
∎ Conducting audits of benefits or other HR programs and recommending any corrective actions.
∎ Assisting with processing of terminations / separations.
∎ Verifying and maintaining documentation relating to grievances, performance improvement plans etc.
∎ Communicating policies, procedures and benefit information to employees as needed.
∎ Establishing and maintaining the company job description database.
∎ Create and design various employee engagement activities within the allocated budget.
∎ Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
∎ Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.).
∎ Other duties and projects as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 3 years experience in Project HR administrative supporting role in any recognized telecommunication company.
∎ Self-starter and results oriented, demonstrated positive values of customers first, dedication, continuous improvement, openness and initiative, integrity, and teamwork.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
∎ Must be extremely detail oriented and dependable.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and present with ease to employees and management, strong presentation skills (English mandatory).
∎ Capacity to think strategically, act operationally, and to work independently.
∎ Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS office, including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
