Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Skills Required: 8 to 10 years in the relevant position
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing, Finishing and AOP, Knitting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the operation manager of the unit regarding the production plan
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable production limit and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then the reason is to be found out from the operation manager and he is to be guided for more production
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of fabric and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that fabric can be made an exportable stage
∎ To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To advise the Production Manager to follow the production schedule
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production
∎ To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept. in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy;
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
∎ Manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity and optimum production costs
∎ Responsible for planning of Raw materials purchase.
∎ To do coordination, to guide, and to solve problems of factory by giving proper solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, or improve control measures.
∎ Reviewing cost parameters & ensuring process improvements and innovation.
∎ Responsible for all technical and quality audits.
∎ • Effective leadership and management skills, has the mindset to follow strict operational compliance and Company policy & procedure.
∎ Strong budgeting sense & know how to maintain.
∎ Effective communication skill to manage internal/external stakeholders
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Good knowledge of Industrial law, labor management, safety & environment
∎ Good knowledge of all type of textile machine like Santoni,Scloves,Bruckner,Bianco etc.
