Responsibilities & Context:
A clear understanding of civil engineering drawing/design, layout plan, site preparation, ground levelling, soil testing, foundation, building construction and implementing knowledge on construction projects etc.
Reporting project manager on regular basis, Monitoring project costs and variations, development cost estimation and to ensure smooth functioning in respect of site/projects work in progress.
Stay at site is mandatory.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of aluminum doors & windows, curtain walls, glass systems, and facade engineering.
Good communication and coordination skills.
