Responsibilities & Context:
Manage construction works
Build strong relationship with stakeholders, authorities and regulatory authorities
Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly work schedules and material budgets
Prepare fund requisition
Check and do the bill of quantities (BOQ) and estimate
Check all types of working drawings
Supervise construction works of civil, plumbing, architectural, and interior works items
Manage labor and contractors
Prepare a bill for work done
Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly work progress report
Any other task of RDRS Bangladesh assigned by his line manager
