Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in development studies, disaster management, sociology, or any other related field from any UGC approved University.
• Good communication skills, capacity to work and mobilize communities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture, and religions.
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of GAD (gender, age and diversity), AAP (accountability to the affected people) and equal participation issues.

Field Facilitator, IM Assistant under the CCCM sector supports effective camp coordination through accurate data collection, management, and analysis. The role ensures timely tracking of services, referrals, distributions, and community feedback to identify gaps and support informed decision-making. By managing CIC applications, LPG and in-kind assistance data, the position strengthens accountability and service quality. The role contributes to improved community engagement, coordination, and evidence-based response in the camps.
• Support catchment monitoring through data collection, analysis, and identification of service gaps and emerging risks.
• Manage and update data from household engagement, community visits, and vulnerability identification activities.
• Track case referrals, follow-ups, and verifications to ensure timely response and proper documentation.
• Manage LPG gas and other in-kind assistance data, including beneficiary lists, distribution tracking, and reporting.
• Support service monitoring and verification to ensure accessibility, quality, and functionality of camp services.
• Assist in surveys, assessments, population tracking, and presence confirmation exercises using standardized IM tools.
• Maintain data related to relocation, movement, and CIC office applications, ensuring accuracy and follow-up.
• Support community engagement, CwC activities, and documentation of community-led initiatives.
• Track volunteer attendance, performance, and task implementation through proper data management.
• Support sector coordination by preparing reports, dashboards, and data inputs for meetings and decision-making.
Safety and Safeguarding:
• Ensure the safety of programme participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
