Responsibilities & Context:

Project Management

o    Identify the programmatic gaps and need for further improvement of the project

o    Lead the implementation in line with the approved project proposal and the budget and support the team for effective implementation

o    Provide necessary support, feedback and supportive supervision to the project team for further improvement of the project.

o    Oversee the fund management, review project performance and supervise project staff.

o    Make sure the full compliance of GFA/FMA and Light House policies and guidelines for this project.

Monitoring and Reporting

o    Monitor progress and performance of the project to assure the high-quality implementation 

o    Ensure periodic monitoring and supervision visit to the project activities and team members to review progress and performance and provide necessary support as required and develop report.

o    Ensures that effective monitoring and supervision system is in place for project implementation

o    Comply with the recommendations of GFA/FMA and other stakeholders including Senior Management of Light House to improve the program effectiveness.

o    Ensures that supervisory level staffs of the project pay monitoring and supervision visit to their supervisees, field activities and develop visit report

o    For effective programming, support project and organization to mobilize local resources through strengthening   coordination at local level.

o    Ensure reports as per GFA/FMA requirement and analyze results and provide feedback to the project team for further improvement.

Financial Management

o    Guide the finance team to ensure effective use of funds through analyzing expense reports

o    Lead in developing budget projection for the amendment

o    Support F&A team members in developing the programmatic financial report

Advocacy, Liaison and Networking

o    Support and assist A&CB Coordinator and M&E team for working with project team for program integration

o    Provide support to consortium members (CBOs/CSOs) for enhancing organization capacity.

o    Liaison with different teams of Light House and consortium members (CBOs/CSOs) regarding timely logistic supply for the project

o    Attend and participate in workshops, seminars and conferences with stakeholders including GoB and other national and international organizations.

o    Represent Light House at local, district and ventral level workshops and seminars.

Research and Innovative Programming

o    Support different research, assessment, study conducted by Light House and GFA/FMA different team and work together to replicate the recommendations to improve the current program.

o    Support/assist the Chief Executive generating different innovative ideas and illustrate effective program approach through field test

 Contribution:

o    Develop strategies and tools for the effective program implementation and ensure those are applied in program context

o    Ensure the program intervention assessment/study and help effective programming in Light House context.

o    Develop and monitor work plans. Ensure appropriate level s of programmatic assistance to project team

o    Provide technical assistance to review/ write the programmatic component of proposal, protocols, papers, reports to ensure and appropriateness.

o    Lead resource development efforts for program implementation: Identify opportunities, analysis; build the common understanding with in the program context.

o    Conduct close-out activities for the project.

o    Strengthen the network among Light House and other local and international agencies.

o    Identifying and coordinating technical needs, and providing expertise in Human Rights, Climate Justice, GBV, Mental Health, Adolescent Club, Legal Aid, Advocacy, etc.
