Oversee the implementation of all project activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of project outcomes.
Manage and coordinate the project`s operational, financial, and administrative tasks.
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, CSOs, private sector partners, and rural farmer groups.
Lead and monitor the delivery of farmer training and capacity-building programs, market linkages, and awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ICT solutions, including mobile apps and web portals, into farmers` daily practices.
Organize regular community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns focusing on promoting call center services, app downloads, and reducing gender-based violence (GBV) among women farmers.
Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives, and submit regular reports to management.
Lead quarterly networking and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote innovative agricultural practices.
Preparation and submission of project progress reports in a timely manner (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Report to senior management regarding project progress regularly
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
Foster partnerships with influencers, media outlets (radio/TV), and other stakeholders to maximize outreach and farmer engagement.
Coordinate with relevant government agencies and NGOs and private entities
Provide necessary support, feedback and supportive supervision to the project team for further improvement of the project.
Develop and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework to track project progress and impact
Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities and provide technical support.
Age: at most 35- 50 years
At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ICT-based projects.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by rural farmers, especially women, in accessing information and utilizing ICT tools.
Proven experience in leading capacity-building initiatives and facilitating farmer training sessions.
Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and community mobilization
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English Language
Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SPSS, KoBo software
