Additional Requirements:

Must have to stay at site round the clock as required.
Experience in both RCC & Pre-engineered steel structure project will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist Project Manager/Coordinator with assigned tasks.
Maintain and control of all project documentation.
Assist project team with conflict resolution between Owner, Consultant and Contractor.
Monitor costs in conformity with budgetary project estimation.
Maintain, control and ensure the desired progress of work in imitation of prescribed Project Schedule (Gannt Chart).
Create, manage and track the Request for Inspection (RFI) from the field to Design Consultant.
Ensure prescribed safe work method statement (SWMS) during implementation RCC & Pre-engineered steel structure
Coordinate project change-order management.
Conduct and document routine project owner meetings/decisions.
Ensure to keep record the work done quantity in site Measurement Book (MB) for review and certification of contractors bill.
Assist project accountant with monthly contractors billings and pay applications.
Control and ensure the quality driven construction by implementing the stipulated Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) at site.
Generate project punch list and closeout documentation.
Conduct required field tests to confirm product performance.
Proceed the required laboratory tests of construction raw materials in consultation with structural designer.
Coordinate the daily site activities and resolving problems.
Maintain the stipulated EHS management regulation precisely at site.
