• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

The candidates having IEB membership will get preference.

✎ Maintain and control of all the project documentations.

✎ Conduct project kick-off meeting, management review meetings, site coordination meetings, design/drawing review meetings etc.

✎ Assist project team with conflict resolution between Owner, Consultant and Contractor.

✎ Prepare the prescribed project schedule (Gantt Chart) in imitation of desire of client.

✎ Develop the method statement for the construction activities. ✎ Generate the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) in accordance with appropriate building codes/specifications, standards of acceptance/tolerances and compliances/regulations.

✎ Prepare the safe work method statement (SWMS), job safety analysis (JSA) and risk assessment in conformance with prescribed environment, health & safety (EHS) management regulations.

✎ Prepare budgetary cost estimation of project as per approved working drawing.

✎ Manage and control the routine market survey of construction materials required at site.

✎ Call for quotes of various items and follow ups.

✎ Prepare comparison statement (CS) of rates.

✎ Manage and control the Contractor/Vendor selection matrix.

✎ Execute the Contract with awarded Contractor/Vendor.

✎ Issue the Work order to awarded Contractor/Vendor.
