∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have to stay at site round the clock.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Project Manager/Coordinator with assigned tasks.
∎ Maintain and control of all project documentation.
∎ Assist project team with conflict resolution between Owner, Consultant and Contractor.
∎ Monitor costs in conformity with budgetary project estimation.
∎ Maintain, control and ensure the desired progress of work in imitation of prescribed Project Schedule (Gannt Chart).
∎ Create, manage and track the Request for Inspection (RFI) from the field to Design Consultant.
∎ Coordinate project change-order management.
∎ Conduct and document routine project owner meetings/decisions.
∎ Ensure to keep record the work done quantity in site Measurement Book (MB) for review and certification of contractors bill.
∎ Assist project accountant with monthly contractors billings and pay applications.
∎ Control and ensure the quality driven construction by implementing the stipulated Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) at site.
∎ Generate project punch list and closeout documentation.
∎ Conduct required field tests to confirm product performance.
∎ Proceed the required laboratory tests of construction raw materials in consultation with structural designer.
∎ Coordinate the daily site activities and resolving problems.
