Additional Requirements:
Proven experience in building heavy industrial or commercial projects.
Experience working with consultants and contractors.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and related software.
Proficiency in the Chinese language will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead construction activities to ensure projects progress according to design specifications and drawings.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Material Receiving Reports (MRR) to ensure timely availability of materials.
Oversee construction and maintenance of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and steel structures to achieve structural integrity and quality.
Manage, guide, and motivate workers and contractors to optimize productivity and performance.
Maintain accurate inventory of building materials to ensure proper utilization at the factory site.
Verify and update Measurement Books (MB) and Bills of Quantity (BOQ) to ensure accuracy in project documentation.
Conduct site investigations and analyze data from maps, reports, tests, and drawings to make informed decisions.
Enforce standards and best practices to ensure quality work is delivered on schedule.
Promote proper housekeeping, safety, and security to maintain an organized and safe project site.
Prepare project reports and communicate progress to management to ensure timely updates and transparency.
