• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

• Age 27 to 45 years

• 2–5 years of practical experience in the Real Estate sector.
• Proven experience as Site Engineer / Project Engineer
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and construction drawings (civil, electrical, plumbing)

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure work progress meets approved design, specification, and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper implementation of project drawings, plans, and technical specifications at the site.
• Maintain quality control through regular inspections and adherence to established construction standards.
• Ensure all site activities follow safety rules and company HSE guidelines.
• Assist in material estimation, requisition, and tracking of material usage at the site.
• Verify work measurements and assist in preparing running bills of contractors.
• Identify technical issues at the site and report/resolve them through coordination with senior engineers & consultants.
• Monitor manpower allocation, equipment usage, and overall productivity on-site.
• Maintain updated project documents, site logs, and related records.
• Support the project manager in ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
