Additional Requirements:

- 2–5 years of practical experience in the Real Estate sector.
- Proven experience as Site Engineer / Project Engineer
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and construction drawings (civil, electrical, plumbing)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure work progress meets approved design, specification, and schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Ensure proper implementation of project drawings, plans, and technical specifications at the site.
- Maintain quality control through regular inspections and adherence to established construction standards.
- Ensure all site activities follow safety rules and company HSE guidelines.
- Assist in material estimation, requisition, and tracking of material usage at the site.
- Verify work measurements and assist in preparing running bills of contractors.
- Identify technical issues at the site and report/resolve them through coordination with senior engineers & consultants.
- Monitor manpower allocation, equipment usage, and overall productivity on-site.
- Maintain updated project documents, site logs, and related records.
- Support the project manager in ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
