• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Review Rajuk, Architectural, Structural, and Perspective drawings to identify and rectify discrepancies by coordinating with respective departments.

• Supervise all construction activities on-site to maintain expected quality standards.

• Ensure contractors execute tasks as per the work schedule and provide necessary instructions.

• Prepare monthly work plans, track achievements, and monitor daily progress.

• Improve worker retention by providing training to enhance skills and ensure quality output.

• Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate rates for site-related tasks.

• Verify the quality of materials delivered and used at the construction site.

• Ensure site safety and security for all workers.

• Minimize material wastage through efficient execution.

• Implement project branding and merchandising during construction.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
