Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA /BSC/MSC. BSC in CSE with MBA is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed within the mutually agreed timeline between the client and eGeneration and within budget, also plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
∎ Maintain and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
∎ Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder’s and clients’ meetings.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from the meetings.
∎ Ensure projects adhering to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
∎ Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
∎ Ensure stakeholders and partners views are managed towards the best solution.
∎ Coordinate, facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
∎ Create project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objectives.
∎ Support ODC team in any assigned communication development, documentation.
∎ Maintains compliance requirements through partners documentation and renewals of contracts.
∎ Communication & coordination with the partners external or internal for assigned projects successful delivery.
∎ Understand the technical competence and skill level required for each of the ODC team members to fulfill the client assignments. Work with HR in recruitment and facilitate and organize training and grooming sessions tailored to adhere the client requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in project coordination and communications especially in IT industry of Bangladesh.
∎ Should be organized and disciplined
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at a time
∎ Should have excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be excellent in presentation skill
∎ Must be conversant in Microsoft Office ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio etc)
∎ Should have excellent analytical ability.
∎ Can -Do attitude and problem-solving skills are must.
Salary: Negotiable
