Job Context:
∎ Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.
∎ Job Location : Head Office (Rajshahi)
∎ Rajshahi residents will get high package compensation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and modify existing software as well as design, construct and test end-user applications that meet user needs.
∎ Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
∎ Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
∎ Integrate software components and third-party programs.
∎ Verify and deploy programs and systems.
∎ Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
∎ Gather and evaluate user feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Special expertise in Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
∎ Must have practical experience at least 1 year on related job and also freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have to work with sister concern of Nabil Group, Bangladesh.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
