Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Head of Program and Grants and Program Manager in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs to fulfill the mission of HCMP.
∎ Execute directions and assist support team in relationship management with assigned objective.
∎ Maintain routine correspondence with project funders, partners and other stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate evaluation logistics for operations including maintaining necessary lists and c forms.
∎ Coordinate special events for HCMP management and provide assistance in planning and arrangement of conferences, retreats and meetings to programme showcase.
∎ Support evaluation of all program activities and quality improvement activities, including data entry and basic data analysis.
∎ Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
∎ Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
∎ Represent Organization overview in presentations to stakeholders and community groups.
∎ Serve as liaison for partners including regular meetings and participation in programme activities and providing ongoing support in relation to Foundation activities at field level operatios.
∎ Maintain interaction with sectors, support units and externals through phone calls, newsletter, and mass mailings.
∎ Serve as representative of HCMP for communities, sectors, and other partners.
∎ Document program activities through weekly summaries of activity by maintaining database.
∎ Submit accurate and timely information to management for decision making.
∎ Collect and process data to produce meaningful reports that will serve objective purpose for the leadership team in order to make plans and set directions.
∎ Minutes writing is one of the most important and regular resposibilities for Programme Support Associate to be included when meeting is conducted.

∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Experience in project cycle management including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
