Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective coordination with partnering NGOs, donor and other key stakeholders of the programme.
∎ Lead the activities in relation with overall management of the programme, and ensure compliance as per the requirement of the funding organizations, prescribed sector standards, coordinating the formal review and sign-off process before submission to the donor and within due time.
∎ Be responsible for overall partnership management by providing technical guidance in effective use of sub-grants, proper implementation of activities and so on.
∎ Liaise and be in constant contact with donors, partnering NGOs to build relationships for smooth operation of all activities.
∎ Manage and ensure the effective use of sub-grants to partnering and implementing NGOs.
∎ Monitor and oversee programme activities and provide necessary guidance as required.
∎ Ensure supports in overall programme development of the Programme.
∎ Ensure development of strategic plans, annual operating plan (AOP), log frame and budget preparation & revision for the Programme.
∎ Review progress reports of components of Programme as per the reporting schedules and templates.
∎ Ensure periodical reports to be submitted to Management, Donor, and other stakeholders as required.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles.
∎ Have knowledge of development theories practiced by NGOs and other development agencies and familiarity with the ongoing Rohingya crisis in Bangladesh.
∎ Have technical skills in budget preparation.
∎ Must have familiarity with various bilateral, multilateral, UN donors in terms of their thematic priorities, proposal, budget format etc.
∎ Have skill on Programme Coordination, Partnership Management.
∎ Knowledge and skills on the participatory program designing, process monitoring, planning, monitoring and evaluation and result based LFA development.
∎ Have proficiency on MS Word (Windows), Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent time management, leadership, analytical ability, multitasking, facilitation, Communication, Presentation and report writing skills.
