∎ Program Profile:
∎ Agami launched its first EdTech intervention in 2011, with the goal of bringing the much-acclaimed Khan Academy (www.khanacademy.org) educational videos and other resources to the underprivileged students in Bangladesh. In March 2016, the Khan Academy Bangla website (bn.khanacademy.org) was launched with support from Grameenphone. We continued developing our own videos, exercises and other educational content. In partnership with Learning Equality (www.learningequality.org), we are introducing their offline education platform called Kolibri with our developed content to schools across Bangladesh. Additionally, we are building partnerships with bodies like UNICEF, World Bank, A2i, BRAC to contribute to the national effort to develop the competency level of our students and teachers.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are currently seeking a Program Officer (IT) to join our EdTech team as full-time contractual staff of Agami Education Foundation in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ The primary responsibility of the position will be to provide technical support for EdTech Implementation in schools including in Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) area.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in research and development of IT tools for Agami School Implementation.
∎ Assist in identifying and developing the appropriate IT solutions for school implementations.
∎ Assist in creation and delivery of teacher training on using Edtech Platform, including IT related training.
∎ Assist in identifying technical challenges in classroom implementation of Agami Edtech Platform and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Support the school pilot study of Agami EdTech, as needed.
∎ Assist in identify challenges in classroom implementation of Edtech Platform and develop appropriate solutions.
∎ Conduct regular school visits to provide implementation and monitoring support and drive adoption of Agami Edtech Platform in schools.
∎ Assist in developing contents and materials for effective digital training interventions.
∎ Build awareness throughout the country about Agami Edtech Platform and encourage stakeholders to use it.
∎ Develop digital contents such as web, app and digital media contents for promotion of Agami.
∎ Participate in various activities that may be required to fulfill the objectives of the program and the organization.
∎ Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based on project needs.
∎ Assist in various educational projects and initiatives undertaken by Agami, as needed.
∎ Develop and maintain consistent, clear and timely communications and reporting for all activities, issues and updates with the relevant executive in Bangladesh and USA offices of Agami.

Salary: Tk. 24000 - 30000 (Monthly)
