Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ Working experience in relevant field (managerial position).
Experience in working with children and youth, livelihoods, Trafficking-in-Persons, Gender-based violence, Prevention of Child Marriage interventions, Protection, and SRHR
Willing to drive motor cycle with valid driving license.
Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Willing to travel and work in the most remote Area
Resource Development Foundation (RDF) is one of the largest nationwide development organizations (NGO) in Bangladesh. The organization has been implementing “USDOS Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Persons (FSTIP) Program”. The “Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Persons (FSTIP) Program” is being implemented in 23 (Twenty-Three) Upazilas under Chattogram, Cumilla, Cox’s Bazar, Bagerhat, Satkhira, Narsingdi, Narayanganj and Dhaka District in partnership with Winrock International.
The USDOS FSTIP Program works to achieve four Intermediate Results (IR) which are (i) System, capacity, and sustainability of justice sector actors and institutions enhanced (Under Prosecution), (ii) Human rights violations prevented, and public awareness of Trafficking in Person (TIP) and Child Marriage (CM) and its dangers enhanced, (iii) Protection of trafficking victims increased and (iv) Partnership established.
The Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall technical and Managerial leadership for implementing project activities, including financial management, administration, and grants management. The Project manager will maintain effective coordination and networking with the concerned duty bearer and other stakeholders about the project goal and objectives. In addition, project manager ensures the quality implementation of the project, donor reporting, and documentation keeping functional relationships with relevant offices
Major Deliverables
Develop a detailed implementation plan including monthly work plan and budget for the project.
Provide necessary guidance and support to the field staff to implement the project activities.
Annual progress review meetings with district and sub-district and sharing the progress of FSTIP Activity for preventing human trafficking, child, early forced marriage and protecting GBV survivors.
Collaboration with project stakeholders, District & Upazila Administration, other related Govt. departments and private sectors for the prevention of CM, TIP, and GBV issues.
Develop and ensure an appropriate risk analysis and mitigation strategy for uninterrupted implementation of project activities.
Ensure regular engagement with the project stakeholders implement project activities in consultation with them.
Identify and document important learning of the project and prepare case studies on success stories of key project stakeholders like the CEFMU/CM network members, peer leaders, and educational and economic successes of CM survivors.
Capacitated Peer Leader’s group on TIP, CM, and GBV issues.
Organize project results and lessons learned sharing workshops with Government and other relevant actors.
Established a reporting system for the project.
Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports) reports for showcasing the project activities.
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the organization.
