Education:

• Master of Arts (MA) in Social Science

• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or any relevant field from any recognized university (both public & private university) along with a minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context.  However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 5 (five) years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s) and working with child Protection/safeguarding projects/program.
• Experience in working on Child “Sponsorship Program” will be preferred.
• Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject Programme/Project Management.   
• Proven Experience on Managing staff of different technical fields (Education, SRHR, Youth Economic Empowerment-YEE and Child & Youth Lead under a climate change vulnerable area (coastal areas).
• Proven experience on working with children and project participants (including govt. authorities and non-govt. stakeholders).
• Strong and proven experience effective Coordination, Communication and Collaboration.
• Proven experience on developing and implement rights-based projects/program, especially children, youths and women.
• Strong skills and commitments to ensure implementation of organizational policy compliances.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines including financial management.
• Experience in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of integrated child focused program /projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·       
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.     
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines·       
• Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
• Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
• Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.
• Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
• Proven experience of ensuring accountability to different stakeholders including govt. authorities. 
• Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
• Competency on using various communication tools and devices, developing awareness raising contents, etc.

About the Program: Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its Sponsorship Funded Program from 1st April 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Resource Development Foundation (RDF) in Barguna district. Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights”. RDF is directly working with about 7,000 Sponsored Children, Educational Institutions (SBK, Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary).  RDF is seeking applications from the experienced, smart and eligible candidates for urgent recruitment.
